This five-session virtual series is a practical program designed to help coaches deepen their self-awareness and integrate an equity lens into their everyday coaching practice. Through a blend of guided exploration, core concepts, and real coaching application, participants learn to notice, name, and work skillfully with identity, power, and systems—both within themselves and within their clients’ contexts.

What will we do

Program Overview

The five sessions blend inputs and tools, practice and discussion to develop a stronger equity lens to bring to your coaching

Session 1: Identity

Explore identity as a lens and its impact on coaching presence and perception.

Session 2: Socialization

Understand how conditioning, bias, and cultural context shape coaching interactions.

Session 3: Integrated Practice

Apply identity and socialization concepts in live coaching scenarios.

Session 4: Systems & Power

Work with systemic dynamics and power in coaching conversations.

Session 5: Integrated Practice

Integrate new awareness of identity and socialization and systems in coaching practice using real situations from clients

What is the cost?

Early bird price through September 11, 2026 is 750 USD plus processing fees.

What if I miss one session? Can I still receive the ICF credits?

Yes, if you miss a single session you will be able to review the recording and complete and submit the practice and homework. We cannot award credits to participants absent for more than one session.
