a leadership lens.

Katherine Onorato is a certified leadership coach, facilitator and consultant who brings 25 years of experience in educational equity, organizational development, policy and research, and systems change to bear in her work with individuals and teams.

She is passionate about uncovering the link between our personal leadership and what we are able to create "out there" in our world. Katherine works to enable individuals and teams to surface and address conflict and navigate our world's complexity and ambiguity to unleash creativity and maximize potential.

A majority of her career she has lived and worked in cross-cultural contexts. Originally from the United States, she has lived in Guatemala, Latvia, Afghanistan, Brazil, Mexico, and now Argentina. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC, International Coaching Federation) and trained with the Newfield Network.
